What exactly is an AMC?+
An Annual Maintenance Contract is a yearly agreement covering the upkeep of your office IT equipment — computers, network hardware, CCTV and peripherals. Instead of paying per breakdown, you pay a fixed annual amount that covers scheduled preventive checkups, priority support, and discounted repairs.
How is AMC priced?+
Pricing is per device per year and depends on the mix of equipment, the number of sites, and the response time you need. Essential plans start from around ₹1,500 per device per year. We do a free site survey first and then give you a firm, itemised annual quote.
Does AMC cover replacement parts?+
Standard AMC covers labour, diagnostics and scheduled maintenance, with parts charged at a discounted rate. On Comprehensive contracts, parts coverage can be included — we'll scope that during the site survey based on the age and condition of your equipment.
How quickly do you respond under AMC?+
Business and Comprehensive clients get priority same-day response during working hours, which in practice usually means an engineer the same day for Thrissur and nearby areas. Essential plans are covered within 48 working hours.
Can I include equipment I didn't buy from you?+
Yes. Most AMC clients have equipment from several suppliers accumulated over the years. We survey what you have, tell you honestly what's worth maintaining and what's near end of life, and cover the rest.
What areas do you cover for on-site visits?+
On-site AMC visits cover Thrissur and surrounding areas including Guruvayur, Chalakudy and Irinjalakuda. For businesses further afield in Kerala, we can arrange a contract with scheduled visits — talk to us about your location.
